The use of the clubhouse and all its facilities, along with the grand main entrance with secured gated entrances, street cleaning, street snow removal, street lighting and maintenance of all common grounds. The taxes on the land are included in the lease.
In addition to the monthly lease, sewer will be billed from the city of Nanaimo, garbage collection will be billed directly from the company which holds the contract for the year, and water will be billed. City taxes on the building are the responsibility of the homeowner.
